Restrictions on Information Collected
Federal law requires that web sites that collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen first get parental consent, and that children should always get permission from their parents before sending personal information about themselves over the Internet. The Matsunaka for Congress Committee does not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under the age of thirteen. If the Matsunaka for Congress Committee discovers that we have inadvertently received information from a child under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records.
